Community Clean up Green UP
Thank you to all the participate in the 2026 Clean up Green Event.
April 25, 2025, starting at 8AM. This is a great way to get involved and give back to your community. Sign up as an individual volunteer, as a family or as a group so we can plan a place for you to help clean! Follow our Facebook page for more information on when and how you can sign up to participate in this event.
Lunch will be served following the event at The Spring Creek Horse Palace, free for all participants.

ANNUAL CHIP SEAL PROJECT
The Spring Creek Association maintains nearly 300 lane miles of roads throughout our community. Unlike cities and counties, SCA does not receive federal or state funding for road maintenance. Nearly half of each homeowner's annual assessment is invested in road maintenance, including chip sealing, repairs, crack sealing, and snow removal.
The 2026 Annual Chip Seal Project runs July 27 through August 7. This preventative maintenance helps preserve our roads, extend their lifespan, and reduce the need for more costly repairs in the future.
