electronic gates

Each property owner is issued a PIN code. This code should only be used by Spring Creek Association (SCA) residents living at the physical address it is assigned to. Property owners are responsible for any individuals using their PIN code to enter the amenities. Renter PIN codes are available; some restrictions apply.

Using Your PIN Code

Gate codes will only work during the hours of dawn until dusk. These times will change throughout the year at the digression of SCA.

To enter any amenity gate, simply enter your five (5) digit PIN code on the keypad followed by the pound symbol(#). Once authorized, the gate arm will raise. Proceed with caution past the gate arm and into the property. The gate arm will automatically close behind you after you have passed through.

If the lane is an EXIT lane with no keypad, slowly approach the gate. An in-ground vehicle detection sensor will open the gate arm automatically. Please drive through with caution.

There are separate entrance and exit lanes for Vista Grande Park, the Marina, and the Sports Complex. The Shooting Range and Campground each utilize a single entrance and exit lane.

Code Type

SCA Property Owner
Issued a PIN for amenities once SCA receives title paperwork from purchase of property.

Renters Code

Must have Property Owner approval, and show a renters lease agreement.

Must show proof of address, i.e. Utility Bill or letter from property owner.
Valid for 90-Days, must renew quarterly per policy.
No additional charge for renewals with documentation.
If renter card is not renewed, card is deactivated.

Reminders

To avoid and hold on amenity access codes, properties must be current on their assessments and must be in compliance with the SCA DOR's and COA Rules and Regulations. To remove a hold on an access card, please contact the SCA office at 753-6295 once the delinquency or violation has been corrected.

Notice to Residents

The Spring Creek Association (SCA) is committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and well-maintained community for all residents and guests. Any individual found engaging in vandalism or any form of disorderly conduct on Spring Creek Association property or within SCA amenities is subject to disciplinary action, including but not limited to the revocation of amenity access codes at the discretion of SCA management for an amount of time determined by SCA.

SCA reserves the right to seek full restitution for any damage caused. Individuals responsible for acts of vandalism or disorderly conduct may be charged for all repair or replacement costs. Additionally, civil or criminal charges may be pursued through the Elko County Sheriff’s Department where applicable.

If you have questions regarding this policy or wish to report an incident, please contact the Spring Creek Association Office at (775) 753-6295 or email frontdesk@springcreeknv.org.

Thank you for your cooperation in keeping Spring Creek safe and welcoming for everyone.
