DAY PASS DISCLAIMER

The person listed on the reservation agreement agrees to reimburse Spring Creek Association for any damage or harm to any property or equipment owned by Spring Creek Association during the scheduled event, as well as any cleanup costs necessary because of failure to leave the area in acceptable condition.

All reservations must be paid for in advance.

NO reservation is guaranteed without payment.

All children under the age of 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult.
