Reserve Amenities

The person listed on the reservation agreement agrees to reimburse Spring Creek Association for any damage or harm to any property or equipment owned by Spring Creek Association during the scheduled event, as well as any cleanup costs necessary because of failure to leave the area in acceptable condition.

• All reservations must be paid for in advance.
• NO reservation is guaranteed without payment.
• All children under the age of 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult. 

As seasons start to end, we have many travel teams asking or using the fields in various areas of Spring Creek. Please remember SCA has a field reservation form that needs filled out to make sure the field is available and there are no conflicts. Many have reserved the fields already so please get yours in today. Please call  the SCA to reserve a field and to fill out appropriate documents. Please also send this to your coaches and travel teams to inform them of the process which includes the permit and we need the parent hold harmless agreements before stepping on the fields. All information on the permits needs filled out completely or it will not be accepted. Thank you for your cooperation in this matter.
