Purple Light October 31st, 2026

For those wanting to participate in a traditional approach to Halloween, Home Depot has sponsored the last two years with purple light bulbs to let families know where to stop.

Trick or Treat in Spring Creek, Door to door candy galore. If you display a purple light,
the children will know where to go that night! For families that would like to take part in a more traditional approach to Halloween, we will be doing our Purple Lights again this year. This event will be happening on October 31st, 2025 (NOT the same night as the Trunk or Treat) SCA will have blue/purple light bulbs available for pick up the last two weeks of October the 26th through October 31st, Monday - Friday from 8am-5pm for the homes that would like to participate this way so families can identify these homes. For more information, please call 753-6295 or email us HERE.

ANNUAL CHIP SEAL PROJECT

The Spring Creek Association maintains nearly 300 lane miles of roads throughout our community. Unlike cities and counties, SCA does not receive federal or state funding for road maintenance. Nearly half of each homeowner's annual assessment is invested in road maintenance, including chip sealing, repairs, crack sealing, and snow removal.

The 2026 Annual Chip Seal Project runs July 27 through August 7. This preventative maintenance helps preserve our roads, extend their lifespan, and reduce the need for more costly repairs in the future.
