Session 2: 1:30 PM - 3:30 PM
Session 3: 4:00 - 6:00 PM

FAQ's:
Why is a reservation required for the splash pad?
Reservations are required because the splash pad has a maximum occupancy limit established by County guidelines. The reservation system helps us manage attendance and ensure we stay within those limits. It also prevents families from arriving with their children and belongings only to find that the facility has already reached capacity and cannot admit additional guests. By reserving a spot in advance, visitors can be confident that space will be available when they arrive.
I'm having trouble making a reservation. What should I do?
If you're having trouble making a reservation, first make sure you have created an Activity Account and are logged in. Spring Creek residents should also verify that they selected the resident option when setting up their account. Each person attending the splash pad will need to be added to the reservation as well. You can add more family members into your account during the set up process. If you're still unable to make a reservation or are receiving error messages, please contact the Spring Creek Association office at (775) 753-6295. Our staff can review your account and help resolve any issues so you can complete your reservation.
Why wasn’t the splash pad made bigger or designed with more features?
We would have loved to build a larger splash pad with even more features for the community. However, the project was designed within water-use restrictions and water rights requirements that apply in Elko County and Northern Nevada. The splash pad operates on a net-zero water usage system. Water flows through the splash pad and is collected in underground holding tanks. That same water is then used to irrigate the sports field lawns at night. Because the fields must be watered regardless, this allows the splash pad to operate without increasing overall water consumption. The size of the holding tanks, the amount of water they can store, and the flow requirements of the splash pad features all determine how large the facility can be. Due to these limitations, there were restrictions on the number of features and overall size that could be included in the project. If water-use restrictions and storage limitations had not been a factor, we would have loved to make the splash pad even bigger for everyone to enjoy.
What happens if there is bad weather?
For the safety of our guests, the splash pad may close or delay sessions due to thunderstorms, lightning, heavy rain, high winds, or other unsafe weather conditions. Weather can change quickly, and closures may occur with little notice. If conditions become unsafe while the splash pad is open, guests may be asked to leave the area until it is safe to resume operations.
Please check our Facebook page for the latest weather-related updates, delays, and closure announcements before heading to the splash pad.
Where do I park?
Please park in the large soccer field stone and gravel parking area. This designated parking lot provides convenient access to the splash pad and helps keep traffic flowing safely throughout the facility.
Where do I check-in?
Check-in is required for all guests. Upon arrival, please check in at the concession stand located directly across from the splash pad entrance gate. All guests must present their reservation confirmation received when booking online. After checking in, you will receive a wristband for your specific session.
Please note:
• No cash will be accepted at check-in.
• All reservations must be made online using the "Reserve Your Session" button.
• Property owners must be current on their SCA dues to access amenities. Guests may be denied entry if dues are not up to date.
Rules and Regulations
To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all visitors, the following rules and regulations have been established for the Spring Creek Splash Pad. Adherence to these guidelines helps maintain a clean environment and reduces the risk of waterborne illnesses and injuries.
Please reserve only the sessions you plan to attend. Repeated no-shows may impact future reservation privileges, as session capacity is limited and reserved spots prevent others from attending. If your plans change, please cancel your reservation as early as possible so another family can enjoy the splash pad.

Please be reminded of the rules and safety guidelines for the Dock, Beach, Swim, and Dam areas at the Marina. There is an inherent risk when entering freshwater with ducks or geese present, including swimmer’s itch and other waterborne concerns, so proper hygiene and preventative measures are encouraged. Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult at all times, and there is no lifeguard on duty—swim at your own risk. Life jackets or safety devices are required for anyone swimming, and diving or jumping from the dock or shore is strictly prohibited.
